It gives us immense pleasure in announcing that we have organised for Suksham Viyayam classes for Seniors from 4:00pm to 4:30pm Every Sunday as from 11th December 2016. If we have not done yoga all our life we find it difficult to go in certain asnas and postures, so we find it hard to practice.

Sukhsham Vyayam are light exercises that are very beneficial to improve circulation and keep us healthy, especially in the growing age. No expertise is required.

Soma Nair, who has done Diploma in Yoga has designed a special program that would suit everyone to keep fit. We would be running these classes every Sunday (courtsey HMA) from 4.00pm to 4.30pm. Please encourage your grandparents, parents and anyone who is interested to participate. There is no need to bring anything, just comfortable clothing.
